Crest Nicholson and the Homes & Communities Agency have now submitted a planning application to Adur District Council for the redevelopment of land adjacent to Southlands Hospital, to be known as St Giles Place.
Submission of the planning application followed a period of extensive community consultation and amendments were made to the scheme as a result.
