Crest Nicholson has been chosen by national regeneration agency, English Partnerships to be its development partner for three sites in the West Sussex region being considered for redevelopment.
Crest Nicholson and English Partnerships are dedicated to providing communities with information on their development proposals. Three dedicated webpages have been created for the three sites in West Sussex:
- Elmcroft, Southwick
- St Giles Centre, Lancing
- Land adjacent to Southlands Hospital, Shoreham
Each site would be redeveloped for residential use, providing a wide-range of innovative and design-led accommodation to fit in with your community, from homes for first-time buyers to larger family homes.
Crest Nicholson and English Partnerships will be holding separate community consultation events for each site. Please select the site link above for details of each exhibition.
